Appreciate your help. #1 - Attempted to install the SolarPower application (from CD that came with EG4 6000EX-48HV inverter) onto my Windows 11 laptop but the install failed.From what others have mentioned on the EG4 6000 load test thread, is that it is basically a somewhat updated version of the MPP Solar LVX6048. Updated in that the PV voltage has been upped from 6kW to 7.5kW, plus the Voc limit is upped to 500V from 450V.Just today EG4 informed me that they are no longer shipping the 6500EX with the bonding screw. My guess is that they have made this change on all of the inverters. If that is the case, they have really screwed things up. Yeah, on mine the eg4 setting had 56v bulk and 56v float. The battery status on the display never read accurately even when the voltage reading was good. The "scale" was just off and using the inverter values to monitor on Solar Assistant battery values was no good. Ended up using user ant assigning 56v for bulk and 54.8 for float.
