But first, I’d like to use this post to explain the deck and my method, because I feel that it goes against conventional Anki wisdom. It differs pretty heavily from the popular Bros and Zanki decks.

The high yield section is straight out of UWorld for Step 3; prioritize it if you are crunched on time. The extra comes from Step 2 and other clinical decks. I don't have recommendations for time intervals or similar settings. Sorry if this isn't what you're looking for.
