There are two cities in Pandaria, one for Horde and one for Alliance. Both are located in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. The Horde city is called Shrine of Two Moons and it's on the northern border of the zone. The Alliance city is called Shrine of Seven Stars and it can be found in the southeast corner of the zone.
There is also a portal to outland (I think shattrath) in the ogrimmar portal room, which is located within the entrance gate. You could also go to the Blasted Lands and talk to i think it is Zidormi and change it to be pre WoD blasted lands and go through the portal. She will be marked on your map as a chatbox. 1.
