Chilton's repair manual states 65 ft. lbs. in the chart at the begining of the chapter, but in the installation section, it states that all heads bolts should be tightened to 22 ft. lbs (in proper order).

I used ARP high torque lube they sent me and 25/50/80 ftlbs. the old instructions said 70, maybe why my head lifted.
