NVDA is the best in the business; they make better GPUs than AMD, have less debt, and better margins/dividents/buybacks. AMD has 1/4 the market cap of NVDA, so there is more potential for growth IMO. Like I said, both are good plays, but NVDAs recent growth is backed by exploding earnings, which I expect to keep going.
