The 43x would more compare to the hellcat pro. The hellcat is similar in size to the regular 43. There's nothing like the fact that you can take educated professionals with everything on the line and add a little booze and they act like juniors in HS.

I have a G43X with a Holosun 507k optic, and using a Dawson Precision plate. and am having trouble finding the correct height front and rear sight I will need to get a lower 1/3 or even 1/5 cowitness. It seems like this is a fairly common setup, and yet can't seem to find info on the right height.
The 48MOS is now my favorite Glock, and I can always toss the 43X slide on it if I want something a little more compact. The MOS slides are the only ones you can have milled for an RMRCC while keeping the rear dovetail. That's a win. The non-MOS slim frames (except for 42/43) are kind of superfluous and a waste, imo.

Being a glock boy, the p365xl is a better out of the box gun than a 43x is. You get more mag capacity with factory options, an accessory rail, and it's optics ready. Have both and carry both. I think out of the box the 365XL is a better buy.
