Model Y has a completely different structure now with the castings and structural battery pack, yet they kept the same skin. Any "refresh" people talk about with Tesla are visual redesigns, not product improvements. Model 3 has been through 8 motor redesigns. If you need a car might as well get one now. Who knows when the refreshed version will be released or if the price/features are going to be the same. Wait for the city to solve the traffic congestion problem first. When buying anything electronic, it is always true that every 1-2 years you can get enhanced technology.
